Apply foundation or lotion if your skin is already good
for the brows use a slanted brush, begin with the brush flat out on the inner part of the brow and about 1/4th way tilt it up and work your way up till you hit the arch and slant down. Blend with a soft tip.
Conceal dark eye circles and/or other blemishes with a concealer closest...
